Testing

We test what
we ship.

Every new gauge, formulation, or supplier is run through the in-house test center in Limassol on a calibrated acceleration sled. Where a distributor needs an audited reproduction of a result for their own customer’s pallet-securement protocol, the test is repeated under witness. The output is filed against their account.

The reporting frame is EUMOS 40509 for load stability and DIN EN 12195-1 for securement-force calculation on road. They are referenced here because they govern how the lab works. They are not a marketing badge.

  • Acceleration sled Calibrated equipment in Limassol. Replicates retailer pallet-securement protocols on file. Repeatable under witness.
  • Reporting frame EUMOS 40509 (load stability) and DIN EN 12195-1 (securing forces, road).
  • Audit cycle Suppliers re-qualified on cycle. Calibration runs cross-checked between procurement-office samples and Limassol output.
  • Shipping report Photographic record of loaded container, weights, and seal numbers. Released before dispatch.
